Company Handbooks & Contracts of Employment Scotland UKWith the ever changing Employment Law situation, companies have to continually review their contracts of employment and handbooks, and one of the first things that DTR Services do with new clients is audit their current or existing paperwork and practices.

This audit and review, along with any changes required to comply with Employment Law, is available as a stand alone service (usually a one off) or as an ongoing review, tied in to changes in Employment Law, either as required or in most cases twice per year, to ensure ongoing compliance.

As always, costs will be discussed before preceding, along with a guide as to what your company will receive once the review has taken place.

  • Initial audit to discover what and where your company is against current employment law, for your company handbook, contracts, HR policies and other documentation.
  • Rewriting of the above as necessary to ensure compliance with current employment law. This can be carried out as a one off, or take place on an ongoing agreement to ensure continued compliance.

This will ensure, where possible, your company have a robust and fully documented employee management system, which can be either stand alone, or combined with any of DTR Services other offerings, and is usually partnered with our helpline service.
