Directors' Service Agreements

Even Directors have rights and obligations and as such, a Service Agreement is often the best way to go. This ensures that any issues are dealt with upfront as this is essential to ensure that this Agreement is as cast iron as it needs to be, making sure that both parties know what is required both upfront or, indeed, should the relationship terminate. This is created on behalf of the business for the director and is unique to each occasion.
