At DTR Services Limited, we are passionate about supporting our clients in their HR and Employment Law needs. We deal with any HR and people issues, leaving our clients getting on with their main job of running their business.
DTR Services believes in supporting our clients, from our initial check through to the provision of and creation of bespoke Company Handbooks and Contracts of Employment for your staff.
In effect, we become your trusted HR partner, as part of your outsourced HR Department or HR Management structure. This is likely in a situation where a company, does not have an HR Professional onsite.

We support the SME market in Scotland and England, where there is a real need for HR Support and the provision of the correct Employment Law Advice, to ensure that our clients are at all times updated with the current, frequent and ongoing changes to UK Employment Law.
We don’t however, just do all of this by phone, we actually visit our clients, and are onsite to deliver our handbooks and contracts to the staff, ensuring that both our clients and their staff, have no issues and know that they are taken care of and looked after.

We also have a 24/7 helpline for our clients, to answer any queries or help with any issues they may have.
We offer to all new or potential clients a free HR Health Check, where we will assess your HR and Employment Law needs, detailing any shortfalls with your current provision, no matter what it is.
We can support you by being available when you need us, from a quick question on our helpline, available 24 hours a day, through to face to face meetings for more complicated issues.
Employment Law legislation is an ever changing legal minefield and we are here to help and advise your company in each situation. We are always at hand, by phone or if need be in person, whether you just need confirmation on how best to deal with and resolve any issues, through to the more complicated issues that can surface.
DTR Services Limited can and does deal with the difficult issues of Disciplinary and Grievance Hearings, supporting our clients, and actually carrying these out onsite, if this is part of our clients support package.
We can of course, deal with many of these areas, as one off’s for a straight forward and agreed cost, if requested to do so, by any potential client as well.
Where and when it happens, we can also work with our clients, on their behalf, to represent them at Employment Tribunals. From 2009/10, the number of Employment Tribunal claims rose by 58% in the UK to 236,000 claims. The average award, in unfair dismissal cases was £9120, with the average cost to defend the claim being £4000.
This translates to UK business paying nearly £1 Billion to defend themselves against the cases brought, which breaks down to 907 cases per day, or roughly 113 per working hour.
